Curriculum & Schedule

Executive MBA curriculum is designed for experienced mid- to upper-level managers and executives, with emphasis on equipping today’s business leaders with cutting-edge knowledge in business disciplines and decision making skills to enable them to achieve their highest potentials in their organizations. Most courses are offered in 2-week modules during the 18-month period, and cover a wide variety of topics that are essential for business leaders, including strategic decision making, competitive strategy in global environment, effective management of organizations, and managing global resources and operations. Executive MBA students will develop integrated business skills required for executive and CEOs to effectively manage ever-changing global challenges.

Residency Program

Residency I (1 week / Bloomington)

Orientation held in Bloomington campus of Kelley School of Business, Indiana University;
Learning basic foundational knowledge for MBA curriculum and building leadership skills required for successive managers.

Residency II (1 week / Washington D.C.)

Understanding the interrelation between multinational environment and business;
Providing professional development for current and future business leaders.

Residency III (1 week / Asia)

Learning about topical global business issues, either in Asia or other overseas locations.
