Our Professional MBA students wrapped up an incredible Global Field Study in Vietnam. It was a wonderful opportunity to enhance their academic and personal growth.

Students had the unique opportunity to visit VinFast, a Vietnamese electric-vehicle maker and a member of Vietnam's largest conglomerate, Vingroup. VinFast owns a state-of-the-art automotive manufacturing complex with up to 90% automation. This visit offered deep insights into Vietnam's industry and a glimpse into Vietnam, one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic and promising countries.

Through a lecture led by the CEO of Rebel Corporation — a company that brings stories that are developed by Korean creators, produces them as webtoons with talented teams in Vietnam, and distributes them across major markets including Korea, Japan, and the United States — students learned how Korean and Vietnamese professionals collaborate closely, producing a synergy.

Lastly, students explored the Vietnamese real estate market through a lecture by the Investment Director at Vinhomes.

Sunyoung Yun (PMBA 2026) shared her reflection on Global Field Study, "Vietnam has shown significant growth potential as an emerging market. Global Field Study also offered us an opportunity to reflect on critical factors, including human resource development, that are needed for successful business in Vietnam."

학생들은 베트남 최대 재벌 그룹인 Vingroup의 계열사이자 전기차 제조사인 VinFast를 방문하는 특별한 경험을 했습니다. VinFast는 최대 90% 자동화된 첨단 자동차 생산 단지를 보유하고 있습니다. 이번 방문을 통해 학생들은 베트남 산업에 대해 깊은 이해를 얻었고 동남아시아에서 가장 역동적이고 유망한 국가 중 하나인 베트남을 엿볼 수 있었습니다.

또한, 한국 창작자들이 개발한 스토리를 베트남의 팀과 함께 웹툰으로 제작해 한국, 일본, 미국 등 주요 시장에 유통하는 Rebel Corporation CEO의 강연을 통해, 한국과 베트남 전문가들이 긴밀하게 협력해 시너지를 만들어 내는 과정을 배웠습니다.

마지막으로, 학생들은 Vinhomes의 투자 담당 이사의 강의를 통해 베트남 부동산 시장에 대해 탐구하는 시간을 가졌습니다.
