Quarter 5 results are in! Of the five competing teams, 1500˚C executed their high-quality yet competitive pricing strategy smoothly and earned their way to becoming the market share leader (28%) of the carbon fiber bicycle industry thus far. While Fiber Trek and MiiWay are both tied at 19%, VELOX and OYO follow closely at 18% and 17% respectively.
Looking at the Cumulative Balanced Scorecard, 1500˚C ranks at the top - consistent with its market share position. Meanwhile, the rest are ranked from next highest to lowest as follows: VELOX, OYO, MiiWay, and Fiber Trek.
