SKK GSB updated the forms for 2023 SKK GSB Admissions. 

Please download the forms you need. 

The forms can be different by the program you will apply for. Please refer to each program's admission guide page to check the necessary documents for you.

1. Resume 

 - If you want, please use this resume form. You can also use your own resume form.

2. Letter of Consent - Graduate of overseas universities only

 - This form is to double-check your academic records with the university you graduated from. 

 - Applicants need to fill out the blanks with ♣ mark and submit SKK GSB.  
   (DO NOT send it to the university you graduated from)

 - After the class begins, Sungkyunkwan University will send the documents to the university you graduated from.

3 & 4. Future Leader Scholarship 
  1) Application form 

  2) Recommendation letter from the current employer
- Professional MBA, Business Analytics MBA, Full-Time MBA only
- Applicants who select the 'Top Talent category' must submit the 'Recommendation Letter' from the current employer (one of the president, HR head, or the head of division)

5 & 6. Future CEO Scholarship

- Executive MBA only
- Applicants who select the 'Top Talent category' must submit the 'Recommendation Letter' from the current employer (one of the president, HR head, or the head of division)

7. Affidavit_of_Support (Eng & Kor. 2022) 

This document proves that the organization highly evaluates your excellence, leadership, and financially supports your MBA study.
