[Further process & schedules - successful candidates of the 3rd round]

After the announcement of the 3rd round, successful candidates need to proceed with the subsequent processes promptly. Please review the process and required documents below. It is recommended to verify the preparation period in advance. 

1. Indiana University admission process and required documents (Attachment 1~3)

All successful candidates are required to complete certain procedures and submit additional admission documents to register as new students at Indiana University. There will be no changes to the admission outcomes.

[Key Dates for 3rd Round Successful Candidates]

Online application submission for IU freshmen: 

~ June 2, 2024 (Sunday) / Refer to Attachment 3
Completion of TOEFL iBT or IELTS examination: 

~ June 16, 2024 (Sunday) / Refer to Attachment1
Submission of original academic records by post mail: 

~ June 7, 2024 (Friday) / Refer to Attachment 1 & 2
- Graduation Certificate, Academic Transcripts

- Academic transcript including grades from previous university courses or exchange programs 

The above procedures and document submissions must be completed for the Indiana University Admission Letter to be emailed (in July)

2. Sungkyunkwan University 

- Deadline: July 15th, 2024 (Monday)

- Holders of foreign academic degree 

  : Apostille for degree certificate and academic transcript (or embassy verification)

- Foreign nationality (both applicant and parents)

  : Color copies of passports and family relationship certificates for both the applicant and parents are required.

* In the case of documents not in English or Korean, notarized English translations must be submitted.

3. 2024 New Student Registration and Academic Schedule
- Term 1 Registration (Tuition Payment): June 20th ~ June 25th

Registration with the student loan(Korean only) will be in early July.
- New Student Orientation: July 20th (Saturday)

Venue: Sungkyunkwan University International Hall
- Immersion 1: August 5th (Monday) ~ August 9th (Friday) 

Venue: Bloomington, Indiana, USA (IU Kelley School Campus)
