This is a guideline for submitting original documents for the Executive MBA admission interview. Please ensure to check the attached list as well.

1. Certificate of Graduation

For domestic universities: A Korean certificate of graduation is required.

For international universities: A certificate of graduation is required. If unavailable, a color-scanned copy of the diploma may be submitted.

2. Academic Transcript

Must be submitted in English, regardless of the country of issuance.

3. Certificate of Employment

Must be issued within the last one month.

4. Certificate of Career

Previously issued certificates are acceptable.

If a career certificate cannot be submitted, government-issued documents (e.g., National Health Insurance records) may be used as a substitute.

However, the absence of details such as department and position may affect the evaluation.

5. Scholarship Application and the Recommendation Letters

1) Future CEO Scholarship

If applying under the Top Talent category, you must submit the original application and recommendation letter by post, along with the business card of the recommender.

2) EMBA Alumni Recommendation Scholarship & KCMC Scholarship

: online submission with the EMBA application only

6. Additional Information

1) Documents in Languages Other than Korean or English:

Must be submitted with a notarized Korean or English translation.

2) Recognition of Soft Copy as Original Documents:

Documents will be accepted based on the original document recognition policy of the issuing institution. Some institutions recognize only soft copies, while others accept both hard and soft copies as originals (this information is usually stated on the document).

If a soft copy is considered an original, it can be submitted via email to emba.skkgsb@skku.edu.

Institutions may also directly send the original hard copy or soft copy to SKK GSB.
