Here is the notice for the 2026 Executive MBA class Immersion 1.  Prospective students and applicants for 2026 admission should review this information in advance.

1. Dates: August 10 (Mon) – August 14 (Fri)

2. Location: Indiana University Kelley School of Business Campus (Bloomington, Indiana, USA)

3. Accommodation & Flights (To be booked individually by students)

1) Accommodation

- Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel (Tentative, details to be confirmed in early July)

- Booking link and group discount code will be provided in July.

- Room Rate: Around $132/night (Excluding tax, based on 2025 rates).

- Location: Within a 10-minute walk to the Kelley School.

- Students may also book alternative accommodations independently.

2) Flights

Individual booking (Must arrive at the accommodation by the afternoon of Sunday, August 9).

Departure

Depart Incheon Airport (ICN) on Sunday morning, Aug 9 

Arrive at Indianapolis International Airport (IND) on Sunday afternoon, Aug 9 (1 stopover).

Return 

Depart IND on Saturday around 7:00 AM, Aug 15 

Arrive at ICN on Sunday around 2:30 PM, Aug 16 (1 stopover)

- Official schedule ends around noon on Friday, August 14.)

- Airport to Bloomington: Please use the airport limousine bus, Uber, or other transportation individually.

4. Other Information

1) Cost

Immersion tuition and lunches during classes are included in the Term 1 tuition. All other personal expenses must be covered individually.

2) VISA: Students must prepare their own visas.

Korean citizens usually visit via ESTA. If you anticipate any issues with ESTA, please start preparing a separate visa immediately and inform the school.

3) Corporate-Sponsored Students

* Information regarding Term 1 tuition payment, 2026-2027 academic schedules, and the Immersion 1 schedule will be sent separately to your company's HR department. Please share your HR department's contact details with us in advance.

5. Immersion Attendance (Important)

Immersion is a mandatory 3-credit course. If you cannot attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please check the attendance policy below and contact us via email (emba.skkgsb@skku.edu).

Immersion Program Attendance Policy

Immersion programs are essential and mandatory parts of the Kelley - SKK GSB Executive MBA program. All students are expected and are required to attend all three Immersion programs throughout the program. Under extraordinary circumstances, if you cannot attend the immersion programs, please contact the program manager (emba.skkgsb@skku.edu) and faculty chairs of both Kelley School of Business and SKK GSB immediately to request an exemption from the course. Each case will be determined individually.
