The IIAC AI MBA brings together three disciplines that rarely sit side by side in a single classroom: practical artificial intelligence, rigorous business analytics, and the management foundations that turn technical insight into real decisions.
Run jointly by the Incheon International Airport Corporation and SKK GSB, the program is taught in Korean and English on weekends, so working professionals can earn a Master of Business Administration in two years without stepping away from their careers. Every cohort closes with an Applied Business Project focused on aviation, giving students a chance to apply what they learn to problems the industry actually faces today

CURRICULUM

Three pillars,
one integrated skill set

The curriculum is organized around three thematic pillars rather than a fixed list of courses.
Each pillar covers a set of topics that build on one another, and the topics you meet in one pillar reappear in another,
so the learning compounds across the two years.

This pillar is where students learn to speak the language of modern AI, from writing their first Python script to standing up a working generative AI application.

The journey begins with programming foundations and the core ideas behind machine learning, then moves into the practical craft of large language models: how to prompt them well, how to give them memory through embeddings and retrieval, and how to combine text, image, and voice into multimodal experiences. By the end, students can move fluently between a research paper and a deployed prototype, and judge for themselves when a model is good enough to trust.

If AI is the engine, analytics is the steering wheel. This pillar teaches students how to find, store, and reason over the data that AI systems depend on.

It starts at the bottom of the stack with relational modeling, SQL, and the architecture of data systems built for scale, then climbs toward the questions that matter to a business: how to summarize uncertainty with statistics, how to show a pattern clearly in a chart, and how to build a predictive model that an executive can actually act on. The result is a working analyst who can take a vague question from a meeting and return with a defensible answer.

CAPSTONE

The Applied Business Project

After the coursework ends, every student takes on one large project
that pulls the whole program together.

Turning AI into Business Impact

The Applied Business Project, or ABP, is the capstone of the IIAC AI MBA. Students form small teams and choose a single problem to solve at the intersection of business administration and artificial intelligence. Because the program is run with the Incheon International Airport Corporation, the topics lean toward aviation: airport operations, passenger experience, cargo logistics, route planning, sustainability, and the data systems that hold them together.
The project runs for roughly twelve weeks, from scoping all the way to a final presentation in front of faculty and industry reviewers. Along the way teams apply the analytics, the AI, and the management judgment they have built over the previous semesters, finishing the degree with a piece of work they can point to and call their own.
