Yeeseoul Jung, a student in the Business Analytics MBA (BA MBA) program at SKK GSB, shares how the program helped her transition from a CX strategy planner role at Pulmuone, a leading food manufacturer in Seoul, to a position as a PI/AX consultant at S-Core, a Samsung affiliate.
