2024 KELLEY - SKK GSB Executive MBA applicants are kindly requested to download and utilize the attached templates for your admission process if you need them.

1. Resume form (if you need)

2. A Letter of Consent (Educational Verification Form  for overseas university graduates) 

- Applicants need to fill in the mandatory fields and submit. 

- You DO NOT need to send it to your graduating university for verification. Sungkyunkwan University will take the procedure after your enrollment. 

3. Future CEO Scholarship - Application and Recommendation Letter (optional)

- Application Form: All Future CEO Scholarship applicants

- Recommendation Letter from employer 

* Scholarship applicants selected 'Top Talent' only 

* Only one of the following can write it: CEO, CHO, or a head of a department at the executive director or above level (Please attach a business card of the recommender).

4. Affidavit of Support (from employer, optional)

- Required for applicants receiving tuition support from their current employer.

- This document will be used to evaluate the applicant's outstanding performance and leadership.

5. Alumni Scholarship Recommendation Letter (Optional)

- For those applying for the 2024 newly established 'Alumni Scholarship' for the EMBA program.
- Please note that this recommendation letter should be emailed to the Admission Team (emba.skkgsb@skku.edu) by the recommender.  
- Please be aware that you cannot apply for both the Future CEO Scholarship and the Alumni Scholarship simultaneously.

6. (Referral Program) Recommendation Letter from SKK GSB Alumni/Students (optional)
- If you wish to submit a recommendation letter from SKK GSB alumni or current students, but are not applying for the Alumni Scholarship, you can use this form.
- Just like the Alumni Scholarship Recommendation Letter, this should be submitted to the Admission Team by email from the SKK GSB alumni or student. (emba.skkgsb@skku.edu)
