• - When applying online, any documents that are not original electronic files must be submitted as original hard copies via postal mail or in-person visit.

• - Online submission of academic credential documents: The graduating university must send the original PDF documents directly via email to the Admissions Office (emba.skkgsb@skku.edu).

• - For graduates of overseas universities who are unable to submit an original graduation certificate/transcript:

  You may submit the original hard copy documents to SKK GSB, and after verifying the original document, they can be returned to the applicant.

  (However, original graduation certificates and academic transcripts with Appostille must be submitted by July 2027 before matriculation. Failure to submit will result in the cancellation of admission.)

6. Admissions Interview Schedule
Tuesday, October 27 – Thursday, October 29

• - Individual in-person English interview (approximately 20 minutes each)

• - For unavoidable circumstances such as residing overseas or working outside the capital area, an online interview may be requested.

• - After the announcement of candidates and interview schedules, requests for schedule changes may be submitted (accepted via email).

7. Final Results Announcement
Monday, November 23, by 2:00 PM

• Website notice and individual email notification

8. Enrollment Deposit Payment
Monday, November 23 – Wednesday, November 26, by 4:00 PM

9. Additional Procedures and Required Documents for Admitted Students

1. 
   1) Indiana University Admissions Procedure for Admitted Students

• Take the English proficiency test for admissions (~ December 13)

• Submit Indiana University online application (~ December 14)

• Send original academic credentials to Indiana University International Admissions Office (~ December 14)

• Receive Indiana University Admission Letter and proceed with subsequent steps (~ March 2027)

  (Detailed individual guidance will be provided to admitted students separately.)

2. 
   2) Subsequent Submission to Sungkyunkwan University
   Due by Thursday, July 15, 2027

• Degree certificate (or graduation certificate) and academic transcript from overseas universities with Apostille (or Consular Authentication)

• For applicants whose parents and applicant themselves are foreign nationals: Copies of passports and Certificate of Family Relations

  (If not in English or Korean, a notarized English translation must be submitted.)
