Jaepil Choi is an Associate Professor at SKK Graduate School of Business (GSB), Sungkyunkwan University. Before joining SKK GSB, he taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Singapore Management University. His main research interests include organizational justice, corporate social responsibility, work-family conflict, employee stress, and creativity. His work has been published in several leading management journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Management.

At SKK GSB, he teaches courses including Management of Organizations, Human Resource Management, Conflict Management, and Leadership. He currently serves as Faculty Chair of the Professional MBA Program. He received his Ph.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with a major in Organizational Behavior and minors in Strategic Management and Research Methodology.
