SKK GSB has tracked its carbon emissions, marking a significant milestone with the completion of the inaugural external audit for the academic year 2022. Aiming for transparency and accountability, our assessment encompasses Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, adhering to the rigorous UNE-EN ISO 14064-3:2019 standard and GHG Protocol criteria. Moving forward, SKK GSB remains steadfast in its commitment to continual improvement, with the objective of further reducing our carbon emissions and advancing sustainability practices.

Invest in Climate, Invest in Growth Forum
Climate change can cause catastrophic disasters such as floods, drought, and wildfires. These risks can impact asset returns. There is another thing to consider among many. Transitioning to net zero creates regulations and taxes. All asset classes will perform differently depending on how these manage transition risks.
So far, climate change’s impact on asset classes is highlighted by avoiding risks involved with the transition. By contrast, investors can participate in stabilizing climate change and find excellent investment opportunities in traditional and emerging technologies. Some of these opportunities are spearheaded by non-listed companies, such as start-ups seeking private equity funding. All of these are important to be noticed and utilized. Some minor changes can bring an outsized effect on investment returns. Therefore, investing across all asset classes with these considerations can create robust return opportunities for investors. It is the focus of this forum.
