Guidelines for Submission of Original Documents for Professional MBA Interview Candidates (Please also refer to the attached Document Checklist).
1. Graduation Certificate
- For domestic university graduates, please submit the graduation certificate in 'Korean.'
- For graduates of foreign universities, submit a scanned copy of the degree certificate (which can serve as a substitute for the transcript).
2. Transcript
- Regardless of domestic or foreign origin, please submit it in 'English.'
3. Certificate of Current Employment
- This document should be issued within the last month.
4. Work Experience Certificate
- Previously issued documents are acceptable.
- In cases where providing a work experience certificate is not possible, government documents (e.g., health insurance confirmation) may be used as an alternative. However, missing information such as department name and position may affect the evaluation process.
5. Scholarships Related Document
- For applicants who applied for the Top Talent category of the Future CEO Scholarship, be sure to attach the original application and recommendation letters with the recommender's business card via postal mail.
6. Additional Submission Instructions for International Applicants and Holders of Foreign Academic Degrees After Admission
- Refer to the announcement (click the link).
7. Others
1)Documents in languages other than Korean or English
Submit notarized translations in both Korean and English.
2)Acceptance of Soft Copies as Original
- Documents will be accepted as original according to the conditions specified by the issuing institution. This may include considering the file itself as the original or accepting both hard and soft copies as originals. Such conditions should be stated on the document itself.
- If the issuing institution considers soft copies as originals, you may submit them via email to pmba.skkgsb@skku.edu.
- Alternatively, you can send hard copy or soft copy original documents directly from institution to institution.
